**Job Purpose**:
To provide a professional, customer focused and first-class service, supporting the Engagement team and JTL’s Business Plan.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- To carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPI’s and as required by Management.
- Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all Learner and Employer documentation is logged accurately into the company systems within agreed timescales maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all teams within the division and with relevant external parties.
- Provide Information, advice and guidance when receiving and responding to inbound communications. Where possible solving queries first-hand, ensuring Customer (Internal and External) satisfaction at all times.

**Person Specification**

**Essential Requirements**:

- GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent
- Good Communication Skills

**Desirable**:

- Good IT skills
