**Job Purpose**:
To provide efficient administrative and operational support to the sales and service teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day running of goods receiving, order processing, quoting, and job tracking activities, maintaining accurate records across systems such as Sage and Joblogic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Order & Quote Management:

- Chase outstanding orders and supplier quotes.
- Update and maintain the quote register.
- Organise and manage the quote filing system.
- Update product prices and quotes on Sage and Joblogic.

Goods Receiving & Stock Control:

- Receive incoming goods and verify deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain goods receiving reports.
- Mark and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock order records.
- Handle air tools and other delivery intakes.

Logistics & Supplier Liaison:

- Arrange collections with carriers.
- Match delivery notes and invoices.
- Track hire compressors and maintain accurate records.

System & Data Management:

- Update information within Joblogic and Sage.
- Scan and electronically file quotes and supporting documents.
- Prepare and manage Oil Sample Reports.

Customer & Internal Support:

- Assist with parts enquiries and customer updates.
- Provide holiday cover for other administrative roles.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience in stock or order management is advantageous.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in an industrial, engineering, or service-based environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, or job tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,500.00 per year
