**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Communicating with site management and suppliers to source materials for projects
- Raising purchase orders
- Setting up quotes
- Comparing quotes
- Sending enquiries to suppliers
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Data inputting and database management
- Assisting with Plant and Fleet schedules
- Filing and general administration duties

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Previous administrative experience
- Ideally have worked in Construction before or have an interest to learn and develop a career within the industry
- Be organised and contentious
- Professional Conduct
- Be driven with a positive attitude to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel

**Job Title**:Administrative Assistant

**Employment Type**: Permanent - Full time

**Location**: Wrexham Head Office

**Working Pattern**:Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 17.00pm & Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm (With a 30-minute lunch break each day)

**Salary**:Competitive - Dependant upon experience
