I am working in partnership with a well-known, industry leading multinational business who are currently recruiting for a Head of Regional HR.
This is an entirely strategic role where you will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing a regional HR agenda, frameworks and policies for the client's European team, you will work in collaboration with the European Senior leadership teamand Global HR. You will also act as the strategic business partner to the European Senior leadership team on HR topics.
Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing an HR agenda for the Region, focusing on major drivers for business success and aligned with the overall business strategy and Global HR strategy
- Providing transparency to the regional Management on relevant HR Subject Matters
- Being the Business Partner and advisor for all executives and managers regarding strategic and operational HR topics
- Interacting with global HR in development and implementation of HR processes with global scope in the region (Comp+Ben, People Development)
- Interacting and integrating with local HR in the region to better align processes, secure smooth execution and develop regional approaches where useful
- Steering and coordinating annual HR processes including Headcount budget planning, Management performance process, and other HR development initiatives
- Being responsible for designing and implementation of regional and group's policies, in close coordination with the corporate HR departments
- Handling all phases of the recruiting process, salary review and TBA process according to the company standard requirements for Top Management Level
- Supporting Change Management Projects with regional impact from an HR perspective
- Assuring data quality and proper HR Data Management
Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
- Bachelor's' or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- At least 6-8 years of work experience in a multinational business environment in a comparable position
- Strong analytical and operational HR skills (Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Structure, Job Structure, etc.)
- Experiences in working in a matrix organization and dealing with different company cultures
- Ability to develop HR Teams (competencies, structures)
- Previous exposure to recruitment and training processes
- International mindset and openness
- Outgoing and trustworthy personality
- Positive can-do attitude as well as hands-on approach
- Strong language skills in English (German or other European languages are a plus but not essential)
- Very strong communication skills
- Familiarity with legal aspects advantageous
- Record in successfully supported Change Processes
- Willingness to travel, frequent travel to the subsidiaries is essential and European travel required
