Inventory Compliance Executive

Reporting directly to the Lead Inventory Compliance Executive this role is an integral part of the Compliance Team within the Company’s operations. The Inventory Compliance Executive is responsible for managing data integrity.

**What you'll be doing**
- To make sure that the stock we deal in is ‘compliant’ and to the most cost-effective modification standard and to ensure that we have the ‘right part, in the right place’.
- Monitor cyclic audits and physical inventory counts and rectify accordingly e.g. variance reconciliation and assisting with external auditors and subsequent findings.
- Understand financial controls relating to stock management and able to guide the business on efficient methods relating to the financial control of stock assets and operational information about customer performance.
- Ensure Quality requirements are in line with regulations and procedures, including shelf life and scraping.
- Undertake multiple projects relating to Inventory optimization and accuracy.

**About you**
- Good understanding of airworthiness fundamentals and technical documentation. Manages, under supervision the acquisition and maintenance of all technical materials associated with the fleet e.g., RSPLs, IPC/IPL, SBs, P/N set up, and Interchangeability.
- Strong awareness, understands the impact on the business as well as basic formal regulations and requirements. Demonstrates ability to recognise gaps in the process or quality issues outside of own area of operation and escalate to appropriate stakeholders with proposed solutions.
- Strong understanding of quality and inventory processes and procedures across all business lines.
- Understands inventory data structure and is able to assess lean process with help.
- Familiar with inventory control within a warehouse environment.
- Strong IT knowledge and an advanced user of Microsoft Office packages.
- A Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to form effective relationships both internally and externally
