Inventory Strategy Administrator

During a period of growth, you will join the highly-performing Inventory Strategy team within a newly created Inventory Strategy Administrator position. The Inventory Strategy team, defines our asset Strategy, working out what we need and where we need it. The team also acquires our Inventory by buying whole Aircraft, Engines, or packages of parts, individual components, or by acquiring stock from our Consignment partners. You will support the existing activities of the team to deliver the outputs required to meet the business needs.

**What you’ll be doing
- core tasks**

1) Consignments:

- Supporting the team with the processing and management of Consignment data along with the generation of regular Consignment reports, accurately and on time.
- Supporting Consignment forecasting/reforecasting activities as required

2) Remote Inventory Management:

- Remote stock replenishment to ensure assets are appropriately located to support our PBH contracted customers and our Ad hoc trade.
- Support business reconciliations of legacy remote inventory

3) Procurement:

- Supporting the Inventory Development Executive with purchasing Rotable assets and the associated administrative tasks.
