Procurement Administrator

Join us as a Tactical Procurement Administrator within the SIM Team (Spares Inventory Management) where we provide exemplary customer service to one of AJW’s biggest contracts. We strive to exceed the contracted service levels we are given and do this regularly. This position will assist in the development and supply of all contractual materials to easyJet’s network.

Monday to Friday 0830-17:30
What you’ll be doing
Contribution towards the Function Cost Savings Targets both at a tactical level on an order by order basis and supporting Strategic cost savings opportunities.
Responsible for close monitoring status of allocated and Open Purchase order status
Responsible for consignment stock replenishment and inventory consumption
Responsible for the procurement of aircraft component materials
Maintain and update purchase order progress notes, expected delivery dates and agreed prices
Ensure contractual compliance and adherence with supplier agreements/contracts where applicable and successfully resolve any supplier invoice discrepancies.
Ownership of any allocated non-conforming supplier deliveries and any warranty claims including the tracking of a successful claim of credit notes through to reconciliation
Work with suppliers to determine material lead times.
