**Location: HMP Grendon Springhill**
**Salary: £26,614.62**
**Contract: Full Time - Perm (39hrs per week)
**We are seeking two dedicated Administration Officers to join our team at HMP Grendon and Springhill. HMP Grendon a category B male prison, HMP Springhill is a category D male prison.

HMP Grendon Springhill runs like a self-contained city, it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning, and as the Facilities Maintenance Team we are committed and driving the smooth and safe operation, like a heart that pumps blood through the body, everything we do impacts every prisoner, employee, and visitor, and wider to the families and community.
As a Administration Officer you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.
We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Administration Officer with any combination of:
- Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience of working without supervision
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Up to date First Aid qualification
- Administrative experience
