**Job Overview**
To join the service and support team and assist with the operations of the department from an administrative perspective, assisting the two existing employees’ also currently carrying out this role. Working with a team of 15 engineers serving a customer base of currently 500 customers. The role would include assistance with any task involved in the service delivery process from job deployment to invoicing.
- **Duties**:

- Job deployment
- Distributing breakdowns to engineers
- Assisting with customer queries
- Invoicing
- Raising of POs into active jobs
- Projects admin
- Report chasing
- Report delivery to customers
- Ordering quoted materials
- Vehicle organisation contact
- QA and Vendor documentation
- Internal process such as product defects and repairs

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accuracy in records.
- Competence in clerical tasks, ensuring that all office documentation is well-organised and easily accessible.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact positively with colleagues and clients alike.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information and inquiries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
