Office Administrator - 6 month contract - Biggin Hill

- Do you have office administration experience and looking for a temporary role 6- 12 month contract.
Day to day duties will include:

- Being the face of the company, and the first point of contact for all visitors as well as handling all telephone calls into the business.
Issuing and chasing invoices.
- Working alongside the Office Manager to ensure that any administrative duties are met and supporting the wider team.
- Answer customer enquiries, providing information on services offered,
- Aid in the solving of potential problems
- Ensuring parts are ordered and available in time for bookings
- Maintain accurate customer details on the computer system
- Generate invoices and take payments for work completed
- HR Administration: supporting HR team with the recruitment process following a detailed start to finish onboarding programme. This would include various administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters / standard terms and conditions of employment andthe loading and inputting of new starters onto the HR system.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and uploading detailed information onto system
- Maintain HR Systems and files to ensure they are correct, up to date and compliant with current legislation.
- Complete all on-boarding checks, including pre-employment Right to Work, new starter checklists and payroll notifications.
- Provide administrative support in confidential meetings with accurate minute taking.

- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Social media aware
- Customer service skills
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong numeracy and data entry skills
