**Patient Liaison Administrator**

Our Patient Liaison Administrators are the heart of our organisation, connecting our patients with the service they need and looking after their journey from referral to discharge. We're an independent provider of health services, based in Bristol and providing services across the South West. Our aim is to provide care closer to home in a timely way.

It's a really exciting time to join GP Care as our services grow and develop, so you could be part of shaping our future.

We are looking for someone to join us on a part time or full time basis between 2 and 4 days per week to include a Friday. You'll be based at our headquarters in Aztec West, alongside the other Patient Liaison Administrators, and will be working on a flexible rota between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We currently work on a hybrid basis with the team coming into our offices on Wednesdays and Thursdays and the ability to work from home for the rest of the week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.04 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
