**The Role**

We are seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our business, who can add real value in their area of expertise.

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator who will support the Rugby facility, Technical Services, Factory and Quartzcoil businesses.

Key tasks include:
- Weekly input and processing of employee timesheets, checking accuracy for payroll and cost reporting, including manage absence module and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage mileage records for fuel cards keeping journal entry up to date and weekly input and processing of employee’s expenses, ensuring compliance with company procedures & HMRC Guidelines
- Process supplier invoices creating purchases orders and resolving any issues with orders, load direct to ledger ensuring accurate cost centre allocation and ledger coding
- Set up and review new suppliers, to ensure insurance documentation and ISO certifications are in order
- Supplier statement reconciliation, identifying and actioning missing invoices and resolving supplier queries, review of supplier balances to action debit balances and unreconciled direct debits

**Who we want**
- Has previous experience in an account’s role is essential, ideally Accounts payable
- Has strong organisation and time management skills
- Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Word, Excel & Outlook skills
- Has AAT qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
