**Summary**

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support delivery of efficient and effective office services to the Training / Finance & Service Booking teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, willing and diverse individual to gain valuable experience of working within different areas of the Company.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

**General**
- Answering the telephone in a competent and professional manner, taking messages and redirecting calls
- Accurate data entry of information on our In-house CRM System
- To provide general administrative support to our Training & Booking Teams
- Helping to manage external suppliers
- To provide information and guidance to customers
- Build strong in-depth product knowledge
- To aid the Finance Department by carrying out basic administration duties.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately, ensuring attention to detail
- Must be IT Literate
- Education to GCSE Level 4/C & above in Maths & English

**Desirable**
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
- Good telephone manner
