The post holder’s role will be based mainly at Laureate House Wythenshawe Hospital and the post holder will be required to cross cover other areas within South Manchester as and when required to provide support within any of the administrative teams. The post holder will carry out day to day administrative duties within very busy office and ward environments, ensuring accurate, up to date recording of patient information on both Health and Social Care systems, for staff across a range of disciplines. Reception cover may also be required.

Provide admin support to the clinical team as required

Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, processing, distributing and responding within limits

Ensure that sufficient stocks of stationery are available to meet the needs of the team without resorting to stockpiling

Co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team.

Dealing efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone callers

Producing minutes from various meeting as required

Cross cover all administrative areas as and when main staff is on leave

Support Administrative team by collaborating in reducing the workload on daily basis

Pay Enhancements - 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
