1-1 Teaching Assistant Quinton - ASD Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a strong background of work with children with additional needs? I am currently recruiting for a School based in Quinton that are seeking to appoint an experienced 1-1 teaching assistant for their school. The post is to start immediately, 3 days a week, Monday to Wednesday. This role will be until the end of the academicyear with potential to stay for the next academic year if the school feel you are the correct fit. For this role you will be involved with 2 pupils one in the morning and one in the afternoon both pupils have low level Autism and need support accessing the curriculum. You will be focusing on these pupils for your time there to ensure they have the attentionnecessary to help so they can reach their full potential. The schools aim is to challenge, empower, nurture, and inspire the children, building their resilience in the face of adversity. They want them to grow to be kind, caring and respectful, within and beyond the school gates; they will know and value the importanceof learning, so they can flourish in our ever-changing world. Stephanie has been working with this school for many years and has had lots of positive feedback from staff who have worked here previously. "since being at the school she found a new love for her love of teaching children and wished she'd that all school putthe children happiness and wellbeing at the forefront of what they do.
