**HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT**

We are looking for an individual specifically from a luxury star hotel background and or the high end private residential services industry. We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant with exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and timely. Working within our property will also require the ability to multitask, be hands on and work under pressure, being flexible to the changing demands of the client.
- To clean bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens and other areas of the apartment with high standards.
- To report maintenance issues as per procedures.
- To clean kitchens including surfaces, large and small equipment, including microwave and other ovens, fridges and freezers.
- To replace linen and make the beds, handle outgoing soiled linen and incoming clean linen. To maintain environment; deep clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas, soft furnishings and bedding; fixtures and fittings; windows and walls; maintain storage areas.
- To comply with COSHH regulations
- To work within the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Working within the Health and Safety at Work Act, the postholder has a legal duty to take reasonable care for Health and Safety both for themselves and others who may be affected by their actions.
- Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.
- Experience of working for hotels or serviced apartments is a bonus but not essential for this Room Attendant position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
