Reservations and Administration Assistant (Serviced Apartments).
Globe Apartments are looking for a sales-driven Reservations Co-ordinator and Administrator to join our long established firm, specialising in beautiful prime Central London serviced apartments for short stays (of up to 6 months).
Our offices are located just off of Chiltern Street, a 1 minute walk from Baker Street.
This is an all-round role, Serviced Apartment and/or Hotel Experience required - if you are on the ball and think logically then you will be a great fit.
Job description:
- Making reservations.
- Finding serviced apartments for our clients.
- Overseeing and controlling the whole reservation making process, including invoicing, and taking payments.
- Taking general enquiries and following up where required.
- Data entry of reservations and bookings onto an in-house portal.
- Confidence in dealing with all external clients and suppliers, both in-person and on the telephone.
- Quality control of apartments.
- Day to day office admin tasks will be required.
Key requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Client and service focused.
- Flexibility to work outside office hours.
- Knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Assertiveness.
- All-rounder with a positive can-do attitude.
Office based role:
- Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Additional out of hours, on a rota system with the rest of the team, involving some telephone assistance for tenants with arrival queries and maintenance or occasional in person attendance.
**Benefits**:
- A competitive basic salary of £29,000.
