The Restaurant: This is a Support Office role

The Location: Farringdon

The reservations office is open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.

**A bit about what you will be doing and what we are looking for**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Processing accurate and timely confirmations.
- Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
- The reservations office is open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
- You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.

**Skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
- A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
