We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and adaptable Part Time Administration Officer to join a friendly, professional team here at Cochrane House, DMS Whittington, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 9PY.

This is a part time position, offering 27.75 hours per week. Opportunity for hybrid working, dependent on business needs, but you will need to be in office in Lichfield at very least once per week (usually Wednesdays).

**Job description**:
**Person specification**:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that a high standard of administrative support is maintained to allow a safe and effective delivery of Mental Healthcare.
- Providing administrative advice on aspects of occupational and routine documentation ensuring all aspects of the Data Protection Act and Confidentiality are adhered to.
- Liaising with patients, Medical Officers, and Medical Facilities to ensure correct patient contact details, arranging of appointments and dealing with any queries.
- Organising travel and accommodation for clinical duties for clinical staff when requested.
- Contributing to effective liaison with outside agencies i.e., hospitals, other medical facilities/practices and other organisations involved in the provision of medical care.
