**Job summary**:
Welcome to Defence Medical Services (DMS), we support our civilian medical personnel within military and MoD locations. We are a diverse team covering many different aspects of personnel management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player for the position of Administration Officer (AO) Financial Assistant, at our Head Quarters at DMS Whittington, Lichfield, Staffordshire.

**Job description**:
**Person specification**:
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Providing sound advice to cardholders to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to In accordance with (iaw) JSP332 and training is appropriate and in date.
- Performing checks on transactions paid via ePCs to ensure that cardholders are using their ePCs in line with their LOD and JSP332.
