Operations Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Operations support adminstrarot to join our growing team at Marvellous Security Services.
This will be to manage a bespoke and high-end clients profile, maintaining clients relationships, overseeing staffing and delivery of security services.
What will your duties in the role look like?
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate security staff rosters, utilising Logosoft.
- Site Management
- Deployment
- Client Visits/Relationship building
- Assisting with new business
- Liase with recruitment team to Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and BS 7858 vetting.
- Coordinate holiday leave and accrual calculations.
- Collaborate with Operations Management for optimal roster results.
- Liaise with clients and staff for satisfaction.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
- Motivate and support staff, maintaining strong relationships.
- Cover out-of-hours phone duties and site visits.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Develop efficient administrative systems.
- Assist Operations Director upon requests.
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Operations management: 2 years (preferred)
