**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum

**Contract**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Hours**: 40 hours per week

bMindful Psychology are currently recruiting an Operational Support Administrator to join our Head Office team, to provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance operational efficiency and to support managers and colleagues

**Job Summary**

To provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance operational efficiency and to support managers and colleagues. This involves proficient management of schedules, documentation, communication, organisational tasks and general receptionist tasks. Leveraging strong IT skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, this role ensures timely task completion and contributes to the success of projects and team objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To maintain accurate documentation and records across numerous operational activities and support with generating reports, presentations, and correspondence, for both internal and external use.
- Manage training program schedules ensuring resources, materials, and any relevant equipment is available prior to the session.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives utilising customer feedback to inform developments and improvements across multiple channels.
- Manage event logistics, including attendee registration tracking, communication with attendees/organisers, and preparation of marketing materials and giveaways.
- Handle post-event tasks, such as collecting attendee feedback and compiling data for reporting.
- Review relevant tender opportunities, that align with business objectives and requirements, presenting them to the leadership team.
- Oversee and maintain key databases and systems used across the business.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members, sharing best practices and guidance on processes

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A relevant qualification e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication for professional interactions and competence in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with database management or record keeping systems.
- Previous administrative, operational, or business support experience.
- Experience in coordinating projects or training programs.
