**Childrens Residential Support Worker**

**£10.50 - £11.50**

Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting Children's Support Workers to work within Children's Residential services in the Glossop area

You will be expected to support and encourage them in day to day activities either within the service or in the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to;
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Have an understanding of conditions such as Autism, developmental delays, physical disabilities and the emotional effects these may have on the child and families.
- Be able to de-escalate challenging situations successfully
- To support the child with any personal care needs they have

We are able to offer a variety of shifts, full or part time, days or nights - you tell us when you can work

Our pay rates start at £10.15 to £11.45 per hour.
