**Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker (FEMALE ONLY)**
**Location**:Glossop
**Salary**:£26,000-£27,200 + Sleep-in shifts (£70 per night, approx. 4-6 per month)
**Contract Type**:Full-time (40 hours per week)

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (Essential)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Child Care
- Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote the safety and wellbeing of every young person, meeting their care, educational, emotional, social, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Provide consistent supervision and maintain appropriate boundaries and control.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to advocate for each child’s best interests.
- Work across a flexible rota including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight stays.
- Participate in residential trips and activities.
