- Permanent, Full Time 37 hrs per week 09:00 - 17:00. Currently hybrid working with 2 days worked in the office each week.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Solution Architect, the client is looking for an approachable and personable Junior IT Officer to join their Internal IT Team in helping them keep the wider team's IT in optimum working condition. This will appeal to someone who enjoys a variedrole, is passionate about IT, works well under pressure, will accept ownership of a project through to completion and takes pride in a job done well.
**The Key Responsibilities of the Junior IT Officer will include**:

- Providing support to internal IT operations including hardware / software management & maintenance, daily I.T. support covering a range of platforms
- Internal IT Support - 1st Line response
- Web App upgrades
- Managing client Databases - DB copying, restoration, obfuscation, upgrades, user management
- Microsoft Suite of tools
- Hardware Management (Printers / Laptops etc)
- Strong documentation skills adhering to best working practice
- Any other task as directed by Line Manager

**Objectives on the Junior IT Officer**:

- Provide internal IT support and deliver reliable solutions to meet team needs
- Research and identify innovative solutions, considering new technologies and legislative changes
- Ensure quality supporting documentation and processes are in place in line with ISO requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers
- At least 1 years' experience in an IT Support or similar role
- IT hardware management experience / General IT background
- Excellent document skills with good spelling/grammar.
- Proficient with IT including MS Office, image and video editing.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and good at problem solving.

**Salary & Benefits**:
