Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, based in the Knowsley area (agile working environment).You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42 hours per week (x4 12hr shifts on and 4 off) andin return, you will receive a salary of £21,681.06 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high-quality customer service and administration experience.

**Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor will include**:
Deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have

an enquiry or service request

Promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels

and standards are maintained

Ensure all enquiries are resolved whilst providing exceptional customer service

Input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems ensuring service level targets are actively worked towards and achieved

**What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Service Advisor**:
Experience in a customer service environment, and experience in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word).Call/service centre environment and / or socialhousing experience would be beneficial.
