Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in the Knowsley area (agile working environment, although will need to be in reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings). You will be working on a part-time,6 month fixed term contract basis, working over 5 days, with some evenings and weekends. As our Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high-quality customer service and administration experience. **Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor will include**: Deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or service request Promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained Ensure all enquiries are resolved whilst providing exceptional customer service Input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems ensuring service level targets are actively worked towards and achieved **What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Service Advisor**: Experience in a customer service environment, and experience in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word).
