The School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Law is seeking to recruit an individual to support the School Manager in the delivery of the effective management of School resources. This includes managing and co-ordinating financial and procurement processes as well as coordinating all activities associated with the School's resources in relation to estate, infrastructure, IT, health and safety and events.
As the School Coordinator, you will act as the conduit between the School and central University services in relation to the enhancement of the School and also provide input into the School's annual planning process. As well as providing line management for the School's technician, you will have extensive knowledge and experience of managing operations in an academic school or similar environment.
You will also have knowledge of financial and procurement regulations and procedures with the ability to convey highly complex and specialist information to a variety of audiences, whilst working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
