**Role Category - the way you'll work**:

- This role is categorised as a _**_roam_**_ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role & The Person**:
This position is based within our Young Parent’s Supported Scheme located in School View, Gilesgate.

Previous experience of working with and supporting vulnerable young adults and the ability to understand support plans, risk assessments, safeguarding policies and procedures are essential.

A full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle and ability to travel across the region as required is essential.
