The Opportunity

This is a permanent position reporting to the Commercialisation Lead. It is a combined role with responsibilities covering innovation project and customer service co-ordination.
Support key Branded product and packaging projects through the Stage-Gate process and ensure compliance from the cross-functional team
Active role in Innovation Pipeline meetings, ensuring the agenda and minutes are effectively communicated to all stakeholders. Ensure these meetings drive successful project launches on time that delights our customers.
Communicate to key stakeholders and other cross-functional team members by producing and circulating appropriate updates & minutes from meetings to convey project status.
Support the Branded Marketing and Innovation teams by acting as intermediate between them and the manufacturing site. Through cross functional liaison ensure that all projects are ‘factory fit’ and costed accordingly.
Creation and management of overall project timelines. Establish an effective early-warning system for deadline challenges and develop appropriate work-around strategies to ensure final end delivery on-time.
Instigate Post Launch Review process on key launches with cross functional teams, driving through actions & improvements to conclusion.
Co-ordination of Customer Files to ensure all departments own and update their relevant sections
Ensuring all customer orders are planned for production, quality release and transport
Update Head of Customer Operations of status of orders, number and type of changes
Be contact person for customers regarding orders status and changes
Attend customer meetings to give regular updates
Co-Ordinate ingredient & packaging requirements, getting approval from customers
Generate relevant reports
Co-ordinate customer ingredient/packaging underwriting documents

The Skills you will bring to the team

Proven background of 3+ years of successful project experience preferably within a FMCG
Supply Chain environment.
Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Outstanding process skills, time management and strong sense of urgency
Ability to multi-task, stay on-track and engage & lead cross-functional team projects
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong leadership/interpersonal skills
Self-starter, able to work independently and under own initiative
Ability to think on feet in a changing environment
Financial/business/new product development acumen
Understanding or interest in sports and fitness
