We are recruiting for a HR Director to work within a highly successful multi-site Global distribution. Organisation. As the HR Director you will be working for their UK operation, The business has seen some significant growth in the past two years despitethe pandemic and have heavily invested in their people strategy. HR has been on a journey over the past few years and has seen significant change and investment.

The HR Director is a part of the senior leadership team and works very closely with the CEO who is very people focussed. The HR team is strong and there have been a number of key hires over the past two years to ensure that HR can provide a first-class serviceto its employees. The business is extremely good at communication and has put in place some innovative ideas to support both the mental and physical health of its employees. What really sets this business apart is the CEO and the Senior Exec team who are totallyinvested in looking after their people and have a real commitment to listen The Current HRD has made a significant impact and HR is highly regarded across the organisation.

Key attributes required - strong emotional intelligence, approachable, relationship focussed, intellectual and a good sense of humour

You will need to be working as an HR Director in medium sized organisation within the retail, logistics or wholesale sector and be able to communicate within a diverse workforce. FCIPD or equivalent.
