Great opportunity to join a leading Global Consultancy - Senior position in a fast growing team and market **Client Details** Michael Page are delighted to have partnered with a leading global Consulting firm to assist them with the recruitment of a Business Change Lead to work in a new function to support their client's digital transformation programmes. **Description** The Business Change Lead (Technology Consulting) will be responsible for assisting the delivery of business transformation programmes, underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics. The client base is predominantly "mid-market" corporates and the position will specialisein helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. Based in Manchester, this role will require travel and time on client site, but will be more hybrid innature. The Business Change Lead (Technology Consulting) will work with mid sized clients and partners to ensure a successful outcome for transformation programmes and you will be responsible for the following: - Designing and implementing the change management and communication approach for complex transformation programmes. - Delivering key business change artefacts, including change impact assessments, communications, business readiness criteria, and process adoption reporting. - Determining and articulating how the implementation will affect teams, e.g. process changes and digital upskilling. - Identifying stakeholder groups and tailoring engagement activities to their needs. - Managing relationships with key business stakeholders. **Profile** - Experience in designing business change strategy in the context of digital transformation. - Proven record in successful execution of business change, training and communications. - Experience of managing business change in customer relationship management, finance, and/or operations. - Experience of stakeholder management, with the ability to articulate key messages to all levels of the organisation (both positive and difficult messages). - Confident communicator with an understanding of how to influence different stakeholder groups. - Ability to work in a logical and structured way in response to ambiguity. - Ability to develop creative and engaging materials that bring business change messages to life. - Experience of delivering business change supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions would be advantageous. **Job Offer** Salary up to c£90k + bonus + flexible benefits Opportunity for hybrid and client site working.
