SCC is committed to investing in its technology enterprise platforms to best support the business operation and the services we provide to our customers. Our IT Transformation programmes are delivering significant technology landscape change to our organisation over the next three years, and we are looking to recruit a **Business Change Consultant** to work with our Head of Business Change in the end-to-end planning and management of our Change programmes across the business.

Working with the Business as well as project managers responsible for the delivery and the implementation of the relevant programmes, you will ensure that the respective change approach and methodology is applied for the successful delivery and embedding of cultural changes and behaviours are communicated within the business.

The Business Change Consultant is responsible for the formal management of all organisational and cultural change for each of the key phases of the programme.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and implement change initiatives related to the deployment of our IT transformation programmes
- Develop programme strategies and change plans, defining the strategic vision and management and measurement of the change journey
- Support Business users and programme teams to provide required input to change deliverables
- Coach & mentor relevant stakeholders in the delivery of transformational change
- Facilitate change management activities with users & stakeholders to achieve adoption of the change

**Skills required**:

- Experience delivering IT supported change
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
