Are you ready to lead transformative change in a dynamic legal environment? Our Business Transformation department are seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to join the team in either the Birmingham or Manchester office. The Role

The Change & Adoption Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's approach to change.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business change framework for both strategic and departmental initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with the agreed framework through the Business Transformation Team.
  • Create benefits analysis to aid in decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Lead the development of a change-ready culture by managing a Change Champion Network.
  • Design and deliver training and engagement strategies to build change capability.
  • Plan and deliver change workstreams using structured methodologies.
  • Translate technical requirements into accessible language for better engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual.

The Candidate

The ideal Change & Adoption Lead will possess the following qualifications and skills.

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing change frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as O365.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong problem-solving ability.
