Job Advert Description
Are you ready to lead transformative change in a dynamic legal environment? Our Business Transformation department are seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to join the team in either the Birmingham or Manchester office. The Role
The Change & Adoption Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's approach to change.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business change framework for both strategic and departmental initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with the agreed framework through the Business Transformation Team.
- Create benefits analysis to aid in decision-making and prioritisation.
- Lead the development of a change-ready culture by managing a Change Champion Network.
- Design and deliver training and engagement strategies to build change capability.
- Plan and deliver change workstreams using structured methodologies.
- Translate technical requirements into accessible language for better engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual.
The Candidate
The ideal Change & Adoption Lead will possess the following qualifications and skills.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the legal or professional services sector.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing change frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as O365.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong problem-solving ability.
