**Customer Marketing Manager**
**Staffordshire - 3 days office/2 days home**
**£35,000 - £40,000**

Pitch is working exclusively with an interiors business who are going through a really exciting period of growth. They are looking to hire two Customer Marketing Managers for their team.

The role requires you to increase distribution, market-share and profitable growth on sales and margin across retail accounts that you would be assigned to manage. This could be national retail accounts or independent stockists.Using consumer and traderesearch, you will be responsible for launching new ranges and developing new categories for your accounts.

**Day to day you'll be**:

- Managing products from cradle to grave.
- Identifying, creating and commercialising new product opportunities based on customer and consumer research alongside market data.
- Liaising with the Far East manufacturing partners to procure suppliers and negotiate on cost.
- Delivering packaging, product marketing and instore POS campaigns.
- Working closely with customer accounts and the supply chain to forecast stock requirements.

**What experience will you need?**
- Product lifecycle management and NPD.
- Highly commercial approach and a demonstrable record of building a profitable product portfolio.
- Sales and negotiation skills for pricing and setting margins.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- A background in product management, category management or customer marketing/account management within a retail facing business.
