**M&A Associate Director - Technology - Fully Remote working**

Are you a seasoned M&A professional who would like to work for an established firm on a fully remote basis?

Gambit search have partnered with a global M&A firm specialising in the Technology sector. This well recognised company focus on mid-market transactions with a value ranging from 10m - 100m. Within the technology sector the firm work on a wide range of transactionsfrom IT services to software, healthtech to business services.

The firm are actively recruiting across the UK for an experienced Associate Director to join their team.

Pre-requisites to be considered for the role include the ability to originate and execute deals within sell-side M&A space. You must have a minimum of 6 years M&A lead advisory experience with strong exposure to technology focused deals. Having strong relationshipswith PE houses will be important. You will need to have the ability to lead transactions and manage multiple deal teams. Being a chartered accountant or CFA charterholder will also be beneficial.

You may be currently working at a mid-market accounting firm or boutique M&A house.

Other responsibilities include preparing information memorandums, participate and lead in buyer meetings as well as assisting in improving the firms processes and practices as a whole.

Although this role is fully-remote, you will be part of annual company trips as well as the option to meet up with fellow colleagues in the London head-quarters.
