**The Role**:
Want to continue your employment in merges and acquisitions?

Your future employee is offering you the chance to become an Associate Director with one of the leading firms within London.

You will support the senior team members in originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions. You will be expected to take the lead on behalf of the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seeking out opportunities
- Support new business development
- Lead multiple projects & transactions
- Assist Analyst/Senior Analyst with diagnostic checklists, face finder, purchaser & financial analysis, workshop, roadmap, Fit4Sale clinics and ongoing reviews
- Delegation& leading of all aspects of M&A’s.
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date at all times
- Lead, develop and support junior colleagues and take an active role in the development of the whole team.

**Additional Information**:

- Ability to lead potential client pitches
- Think creatively to develop work products which are seen as best practice
- Be proactive and use initiative in deal with client issues
