As an Employee Relations Adviser, you'll be at the heart of managing complex ER cases and providing expert guidance to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and HR Governance, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve issues effectively, mitigate risk, and support a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in case management and wants to make a real impact on how we manage people matters across the business.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage volume of ER caseload across the UK&I, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Manage the ER inbox and respond to queries
- Provide advice to managers on ER policies, procedures, and best practices through regular ER surgeries and one-to-one coaching.
- Handle sensitive matters, such as ACAS early conciliation, DSAR requests, and complex employee queries.
- Review and improve policies and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor ER trends and produce reports, including monthly KPI dashboards and data analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver training and guidance to managers to build capability in handling ER issues

Experience and Skills
- Case management experience in a matrix environment.
- Experience working within employee relations
- Good understanding of UK employment law and best practice ER processes.
- Ability to coach and influence managers at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and communicate with employees across all levels.
- CIPD desirable
