**Employee Relations Advisor**

**Lithia UK Head Office - Hybrid Role (1 day in the office bi-monthly (Annesley, Nottinghamshire), or adhoc travel to team meetings when required)**

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our Employee Relations Team.

As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you will manage, advise on, and maintain all ER cases across the business. Your goal is to ensure Lithia UK consistently demonstrates a balanced and fair approach to all people-related matters.

- Building strong, credible relationships with leaders at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Ensuring all HR ER documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legislation and best practices; maintain a user-friendly and informative intranet.
- Staying current with changes in employment legislation to implement best practices.
- Supporting the Senior ER Advisor with ad hoc projects as needed.

**Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK Associate? We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience in an advisory position within HR
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with keen attention to detail
- Strong organisational and case management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a flexible work environment
- Experience in liaising with leadership at all levels, with the confidence to challenge and influence their approach to people management issues
