**Position Title**: Senior Youth Support Worker

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a key role in our team, providing leadership and guidance in our youth support programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing youth activities, engaging with young people positively, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and other professionals involved in the support of youth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide leadership within the team, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment.
- **Youth Engagement**: Oversee youth activities and programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- **Positive Interaction**: Engage with young people in a positive and supportive manner, encouraging their personal development and well-being.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and other professionals involved in the support of youth.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of youth activities, incidents, and participants' progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Relevant Qualification**: Possess relevant qualifications in youth work or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in youth work or a related field.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrate compassionate leadership with a patient approach to working with young people.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and coordination.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
