Logistics Support Manager – Dronfield – FMCG Location: Dronfield Shifts: 6am–6pm, 2‑week rotation (Sun–Wed one week, Sun–Tue the next) Salary: £38,500 + Good Package + Growth and Progression + Autonomy (basis subject to experience) As a Logistics Support Manager you will lead dispatch, goods‑in, stock control and overall logistics performance in a 24/7 fast‑paced FMCG operation. You will keep the site running smoothly and ensure customers receive excellent service every day. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the day‑to‑day operations for Dispatch and Goods‑In. Coordinating about 30 daily vehicle movements across multiple customers. Ensuring stock accuracy, tray and pallet management, and equipment availability. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team across both day and night shifts. Managing supplier relationships and logistics service levels. Handling purchase orders and logistics administration. Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practice across the function. Supporting customer logistics requirements and maintaining high performance standards. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatch or transport leadership. Experience in fast‑moving operations (FMCG or chilled/cold store ideal). Strong people leadership skills with a hands‑on approach. Confident managing stock, transport flows, equipment and supplier performance. Good IT skills; SAP or similar systems experience an advantage. Able to thrive in a time‑sensitive, high‑volume environment.
