Logistics Support ManagerLocation: DronfieldShifts: 6am–6pm, 2-week rotation (Sun–Wed one week, Sun–Tue the next)Salary: £38,500 + Good Package + Growth and Progression + AutonomyAre you an experienced logistics professional ready to step up and lead? We’re looking for a Logistics Support Manager to take ownership of dispatch, goods-in, stock control, and overall logistics performance within a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly and ensuring customers receive excellent service every day.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the day-to-day operations for Dispatch and Goods-InCoordinating around 30 daily vehicle movements across multiple customersEnsuring stock accuracy, tray and pallet management, and equipment availabilityCoaching, mentoring, and supporting a team across both day and night shiftsManaging supplier relationships and logistics service levelsHandling purchase orders and logistics administrationDriving continuous improvement and implementing best practice across the functionSupporting customer logistics requirements and maintaining high performance standardsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatch, or transport leadershipExperience in fast-moving operations (FMCG or chilled/cold store ideal)Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on approachConfident managing stock, transport flows, equipment, and supplier performanceGood IT skills; SAP or similar systems experience an advantageAble to thrive in a time-sensitive, high-volume environmentIf you’re looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a busy, customer-focused logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or get in touch for more information.
