**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Spartan Campers. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our campervans and promoting the Spartan Campers lifestyle to our customers. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for sales, and a personal affinity for the world of campervans, exploration, and adventure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our campervans and the lifestyle they offer.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products and accessories.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our campervans, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and after sales
- Assist with the organization and presentation of the showroom to ensure an inviting and immersive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
- Organise handover packs, keep our software up to date at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- A genuine passion for sales with a personal connection to campervans, exploring, and adventure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including every other weekend and one late evening per week.
