**Senior Camper Van Converter/Technician, Meriden, Coventry**

**Salary**: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.

Full-Time: (42.5 hours per week)

Coast 2 Coast Campers Ltd is a growing family-run 2nd stage motor-vehicle manufacturer converting VW vans to campervans.

Established since 2010 we pride ourselves on great quality products, good honest service and ensuring that each and every one of our wonderful clients is absolutely over the moon with all of our campervan conversions, campervan sales or supplied parts.

Our team are hand-picked with a passion for building campervans and appreciate the campervan dream.

**About the Role**

We are looking for someone with **at least 3 years’ experience in building campervans**, to work alongside our experienced van conversion team in our factory which is situated at Meriden Works, Birmingham Road, CV5 9AZ.

As a skilled tradesperson, you will have experience constructing purpose-built vehicles. You'll be a numbers person with an ability to interpret plans and instructions, as well as possessing high technical knowledge in the fabrication of various materials including timber, plastics, glass fibre and steel.

The role will entail: -- Carpeting,
- Window installation and trimming,
- Electrics,
- Plumbing,
- Carpentry,
- Pop-top roof installations,
- Installation of heating and hot water systems,
- Stock control,
- Following instruction using power tools safely,
- Keeping your work environment clean and tidy,
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
**Essential Skills**

You will possess transferable skills, such as accuracy, consistency, common-sense and efficiency and should have a diligent approach to your work. On a personal level you will be positive, flexible, co-operative and be able to work to instructions provided by a line manager.
