This individual will have a proven track record in both events and digital marketing, with more than 5 years of progressive experience in the field.- Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote our automation products and services.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create annual marketing plans that align with business objectives.- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.- Digital Marketing:- Develop and oversee website content, ensuring it is optimised for search engines and user experience.- Utilise analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.- Event Management: - Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and product launches.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure events are aligned with marketing strategies and business goals.- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics to ensure successful event execution.- Content Creation and Management: - Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases.- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials and platforms.- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral.- Lead Generation and Nurturing: - Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.- - Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up.- Analytics and Reporting: - Track, measure, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.- Continuously optimise marketing efforts based on data and feedback.- Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.- At FANUC, we celebrate diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
