**Job Title**: Spray Painter

**Location**: Busy Campervan Body Shop

**Job Type**: Full-time (47 hours per week)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare campervans for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces as necessary.
- Select and mix paint colors to match specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor painting process to ensure even coverage and proper adhesion of paint.
- Perform quality inspections to identify and rectify any imperfections or defects in the paint finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of paint materials and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and materials to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall operation of the body shop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spray Painter in an automotive or similar industry.
- Proficiency in operating spray guns, air compressors, and other painting equipment.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications, work orders, and safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing paint jobs to meet quality standards.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification or training in automotive painting techniques is preferred but not required.
