We own and manage c.7,000 homes in the East of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.

We are looking for a scheduler to join the team here at Havebury. Using our scheduling system, you’ll accurately and efficiently schedule appointments relating to routine repairs, programmed works and void maintenance of our homes. With a customer and solution focussed approach you’ll take ownership of service failures and deal with these to resolution.

**Outline of key responsibilities**:
- Using our scheduling system to ensure the correct and appropriate technicians with the designated skills, are able to complete repairs and works program.
- Monitor and maintain the scheduling system on a day-to-day basis, to achieve maximum operative efficiency for both technicians and contractors. This will also require rescheduling for, non-availability, tenant and appointment changes and incorporating the planned work schedule.
- To guide on issues and pressures on demand and operative availability which arise outside of your own level of responsibility and resolve these, wherever possible.
- To liaise with our tenants and residents and contractors to ensure good customer service is delivered and satisfaction high.
- To liaise with other departments, including our materials provider and team leaders, on a day to day basis, to ensure the smooth running of the section and repairs service.
**Person Specification**
**We are looking for someone who**:
- A background in housing repairs and diagnostics/technical knowledge awareness is desirable
- Experience of scheduling software is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- To have a positive outlook and be passionate about customer service
- The ability to ask the right questions to be able to understand the reason for the customer’s call
