We are looking for an External-Multi Skilled Operative, to carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a External-Multi working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive team. Flagship Services is a forward thinking organisation, ensuring that flagship properties are repaired, adapted and refurbished to a high standard.

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work including, Thetford, Sudbury, Cambridge and surrounding areas. A company vehicle will be provided.

This role involves:

- Fencing (lap fencing, close board, chain link and strand wire).
- Brickwork (brick work repair/renewal, concrete work).
- Drainage (soakaways, water main excavation).
- Roof work (minor roof repairs).

Main responsibilities:

- To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all external-multi duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
- To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company ‘Right First Time ‘approach towards our customers.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.
- Providing out of hours support on a rota based system. Additional remuneration will be incorporated for this.
- To undertake any other duties as required by the Group from time to time, if these duties are of a greater level of responsibility or skill that those required in the post, then full training and appropriate supervision will be provided.

Desirable experience/requirements:

- Social Housing maintenance.
- Ordering & collection of materials and/or plant hire.
- Digger Licence
- Asbestos Awareness/Removal

**Salary**: £28,501.62 per year
