**Summary of Role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day property administration for certification.

You will ensure that properties are maintained effectively, build relations with tenants and landlords and portray a positive professional image of the company in your activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Overall responsibility for monitoring all safety certification/checks and ensuring they are up to date.
- Informing the landlord when they are due and instruct as necessary.
- Monitor until safety certificate/report is received into the office and saved on to the system.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Co-ordinating access.
- Supporting the maintenance team when required.

- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Pro-active 'can do' approach.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Professional and presentable.
- Reliable, flexible and friendly.

**Essential**
- Minimum 1 year property sector experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail when completing standard company templates.

**Desirable**
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
