**PEOPLE PARTNER** The purpose of this role is to focus on delivering people practices which maintain positive working relationships. To provide comprehensive and pragmatic operational People support and solutions to management teams within contact centre in line with company policy. **JOB DESCRIPTION** - Act as a colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy - To execute employee engagement and wellbeing strategies in Operations to support a reduction in employee absence and attrition. - To provide credible advice and coaching to people managers on all wellbeing and engagement policy in line with company approach. - Oversee employee onboarding and engagement, providing key insight / MI to the business in identifying trends and solutions. - To operate and collaborate with the People Partner (ER) within the ER framework. - Raise awareness and partnering to business regarding upcoming engagement and wellbeing initiatives and impact on ways of working. - To support other HR projects as required. **ESSENTIAL SKILLS** - Strong advisory HR experience, particularly around employee engagement, preferably gained within a commercial and fast-paced environment (e.g. contact centre/BPO). - Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent. - Strong understanding of statutory codes and policies. - To confidentiality and effectively communication at all levels (including written communication). - Up to date knowledge and keen interest in employment law. - Active listening skills. - Thorough attention to detail with detail -orientated mentality. - Proficient in MS Office. - Friendly, approachable manner. **BENEFITS** - Competitive Salary - A generous bonus scheme. - Take advantage of our flexible benefit scheme so that you pick what works for you including Gym Membership, Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work Scheme - Look after your future with our company pension scheme. - Dedicated employee assistance programme (EAP) with access to support with a range of topics, such as debt advice, financial wellbeing & health. - Optional benefits include Private Medical insurance, Travel Insurance & Dental Insurance + more for you and your family - Flex Holidays - You can buy up to 3 additional days holiday per year. - Dedicated employee assistance programme (EAP) with access to support with a range of topics, such as debt advice, financial wellbeing & health. - Mentorship program to grow and develop within the company.
